Vestal Developments (a wholly owned part of Sentinel Housing Association) appointed Kalotec Limited as development consultant to oversee the design process for the outline planning application for the redevelopment of the former Eli Lilly factory site in Basingstoke. The overall development consists of 578 dwellings made up of a mixture of both open market and affordable units. Working closely with the design team and using our bespoke in-house appraisal system we advised on the optimum layout design and best unit mix to ensure that the maximum land value was achieved under a Joint Venture agreement with the developer.
